   因受Moderna新冠疫苗影响美国化学股大幅上涨，根据ICIS网站11月中旬消息 美国制药商Moderna周一宣布了冠状病毒疫苗第三阶段试验的积极结果，该疫苗推高了全球油价和美国上市化工公司的大多数股票。该公司在一份声明中称，对其候选疫苗的第三阶段研究在美国30000多名参与者中进行了测试，显示出94.5%的有效性。这是对冠状病毒疫苗的第二项研究，在数周内显示出阳性结果。

The company said in a release that thephase 3 study of its vaccine candidate showed 94.5% efficacy when tested amongmore than 30,000 participants in the US. This is the second study on avaccine for the coronavirus to show positive results in as many weeks.USpharmaceutical major Pfizer announced last week that the coronavirus vaccine itis developing in partnership with German immunotherapy specialist BioNTech isat least 90% effective based on clinical trials.

Moderna is working with the US Centers for DiseaseControl and Prevention (CDC), Operation Warp Speed and McKesson, a coronavirusvaccine distributor contracted by the US government.The company said that bythe end of 2020, they expect to have about 20m doses ready to ship in the USand remains on track to manufacture 500m to 1bn doses globally in 2021.“Thispositive interim analysis from our Phase 3 study has given us the firstclinical validation that our vaccine can prevent Covid-19 disease, includingsevere disease,” said Moderna CEO Stéphane Bancel.
